Senior HR Manager

We are working with a reputable law firm to find a skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
To be successful, you will require a CIPD Level 5 Qualification and at least 3 years' experience working in a HR Manager position. You'll need to be confident in dealing with a range of HR duties and possess great leadership skills.
The role involves managing the HR Team and ensuring HR processes and procedures run smoothly. You will also be responsible for dealing with complex HR matters, maintaining confidentiality, and working closely with the HR Director to address any issues or new initiatives.
