Automotive Leasing Account Manager

Stellantis, a leading global automaker and mobility provider, is seeking an Automotive Leasing Account Manager to join its UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering leasing sales plans, BEV model mix, and profitability objectives for the company's brands in the UK.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver leasing sales plans, BEV model mix, and profitability objectives for Stellantis brands in the UK.
- Manage a designated portfolio of customer records, nurturing customers through purchase and managing/retaining them through subsequent purchase cycles.
- Develop new business sales opportunities with key leasing companies, initiate and control sales campaigns targeting specific sectors or models within defined time periods.
- Monitor residual values (RV) and Service, Maintenance, and Repair (SMR) costs on core products to position Stellantis products positively.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in face-to-face negotiations, fleet, and leasing companies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to respond to customer needs efficiently and professionally.
- Strong influencing and persuading skills.
- Self-motivated with good understanding of commercial operations and broad knowledge of leasing & rental markets.
The ideal candidate will have a numerate ability to think on their feet and be resilient with approachability, innovative thinking, and global vision. A competitive salary of approximately £45,000-£55,000 per annum is offered for this role, commensurate with experience.
