Leasing Key Sales Professional

As a Leasing Key Sales Professional at Stellantis, you will be responsible for driving volume growth through leasing Annual Volume Bonus (AVB) strategy, working closely with Stellantis Mega and Regional Corporate Fleet Teams to maximize existing customer loyalty and drive conquest business with each leasing company.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Conducting business reviews with Leaser Management teams including Pricing (RV/SMR), Corporate, SME, Broker (Campaigns).
- Ensuring leasing company relationships position Stellantis as the obvious first alternative supplier to customers.
- Updating relevant CRM systems and organizing Demonstrations and on-site Roadshow events for leaser sales teams and employees.
- Managing account order administration, scheduling, and build of product requirements, monitoring progress and accuracy of all customer vehicle orders and matching to fleet plans.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Results-oriented, impact-driven professional with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Ability to respond to customer needs efficiently and professionally.
- Strong influencing and persuading skills.
- Self-motivated with good understanding of commercial operations and broad knowledge of leasing & rental markets.
A competitive salary of approximately £45,000-£55,000 per annum is offered for this role, commensurate with experience.
