We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our FVL Sales team as a Business Development Manager. This is a high-profile role with significant growth potential for the right candidate.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and expanding new business opportunities in supply chain and logistics solutions. You will leverage your consultative approach to build trusted relationships with clients and deliver compelling solutions that meet their unique needs.

The primary focus of this role will be on developing sales within the rental, leasing, and OEM sectors, requiring strong experience and in-depth knowledge in these areas. You will report directly to the Head of FVL Sales and play an active role in shaping growth and strategy for the vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan for automotive and lease customers, targeting specific accounts and promoting our products and services.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective clients and understand their unique needs to deliver compelling solutions.
  • Create and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic, targeted planning.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and ensure seamless handover to our expert operations team.

To succeed in this role, you will require at least 3 years of industry experience, primarily focused on the Leasing, Rental, and OEM sectors. You should have a proven track record of driving sustained growth and excellent networking skills. We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a management bonus of 10% and a comprehensive benefits package.
