Duval Associates is seeking an ambitious Sales Director to join our team in Warwickshire. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across various sectors.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, who can develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and drive sales revenue. Your role will involve working closely with our design and development teams to identify new market opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and understand their specific requirements. You will also need to be self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus excellent bonus opportunities based on individual performance. You will also enjoy 33 days' annual leave, as well as access to a company car or car allowance and fuel card.
