Director of Sales and Marketing - A Unique Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury automotive market, a strong track record of success in sales and marketing leadership, and a passion for innovation and excellence.

Sales Performance:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the high net worth segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and maximise revenue streams.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, providing guidance, support, and motivation to exceed expectations.
Brand Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and prestige within the luxury automotive sector.
  • Direct and collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and experiential activations.
  • Oversee and ensure the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
Team Leadership:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, VIP clients, and key stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at exclusive events, luxury showcases, and industry gatherings to strengthen relationships and build brand prestige.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
