Senior Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase market share within the high net worth segment. As a seasoned executive with a proven track record in luxury automotive sales and marketing, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute strategic initiatives that propel the company forward.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share within the high net worth segment.
  • Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and maximising revenue streams.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, providing guidance, support, and motivation to exceed expectations.
Marketing and Brand Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and prestige within the luxury automotive sector.
  • Direct and collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and experiential activations.
  • Oversee and ensure the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, VIP clients, and key stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at exclusive events, luxury showcases, and industry gatherings to strengthen relationships and build brand prestige.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Estimated salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
