Care UK invites applications from experienced and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Resident Care Supervisor. In this position, you will lead and supervise shifts, manage resident cases, administer and record medication, conduct risk assessments, and work with care assistants to deliver daily care and support.

Main Duties:
  1. Supervise and lead shifts to ensure residents receive high-quality care and support
  2. Manage resident cases, collaborate with families, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
  3. Accurately administer and record medication, maintaining accurate records
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
  5. Work collaboratively with care assistants to deliver person-centred care and support
  6. Participate in service development and improvement initiatives with the leadership team

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent desirable
  • Proven organisational skills, IT competence, and ability to allocate and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with care planning processes and procedures
  • Ability to administer medication or willingness to undergo training
