Residential Care Supervisor Position

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Residential Care Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager and contributing to the overall success of our care home. Your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care.
The role offers a competitive salary of £14.62 per hour (plus enhancements available) and a range of benefits, including 30 days holiday, a Company pension, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
