Residential Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Leader to join our team at Bourne House, located in the historic Old Sarum area of Salisbury. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a small group of carers in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that care plans are implemented effectively and that residents receive the best possible care.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent care in a residential setting, ideally with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. We offer a competitive salary of £14.62 per hour, plus weekend enhancements, as well as opportunities for career development and clinical training.
- Lead a small team of carers in delivering high-quality care to residents
- Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure effective implementation of care plans
- Maintain accurate records of resident's care plans and progress
