This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hartford Care Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality of care.
Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Good understanding of health and safety protocols, including infection control and COSHH procedures.
Estimated Salary Range

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
