At The Orders of St John Care Trust, we are committed to providing high-quality care for our residents. As a Care Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of carers, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and attention. You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
