Clinical Care Leader in Nursing

Barchester Healthcare seeks an experienced Clinical Lead to join their team. As a key member of staff, you'll contribute to the delivery of exceptional care services. Requirements
To succeed as Clinical Care Leader in Nursing, you'll need a strong background in gerontology and experience working in a care setting. A Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration are essential, as well as a teaching or supervision qualification. Strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is also necessary. Your commitment to providing person-centred and compassionate care will make you an excellent fit for this role. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £55,000-£65,000.
