Care Team Manager

Are you a passionate and caring individual looking for a rewarding career with excellent training and opportunities for development? We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Care UK in Salisbury.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care. You will work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, and collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop effective care plans.
The salary for this role is £13.50 per hour, offering a competitive rate of pay. In addition, you will benefit from a range of rewards, including Wagestream, Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, and access to our approved apprenticeship scheme.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of care planning processes and proven ability to lead and supervise others. A NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable, but not essential.
