We are seeking a skilled Home Care Assistant Manager to join our team at Choice Care Group. The successful candidate will have experience in providing personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and helping with feeding
- Following care plan guidance and company policies and procedures
- Attending and completing training as required
