Care Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Specialist to join our team.
We offer a competitive salary of £21-32 per hour, depending on experience and location. Our Nursing Team Leaders work in various settings, including inpatient and community care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, administering medication and educating patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Assume leadership roles, overseeing junior staff and managing resources effectively.
- Maintain valid Mandatory Care Certifications and Training.
Requirements:
- BSC Nursing degree and registration with NMC in the UK.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
