As a Care Assistant at Care UK, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. Your duties will include:

  • Providing person-centered care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Supporting residents with their mobility and transfer needs.
  • Engaging with residents in activities and social events to promote mental stimulation and enjoyment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £20,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including bank holiday pay enhancements, career development opportunities, and access to our approved apprenticeship scheme. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
