Job Description

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are currently seeking a Resident Support Specialist to join our team. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care and support for our residents.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work closely with our residents to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs. If you have experience caring for older adults and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional growth and development.
