AWS Business Development Lead

**Job Description:**
As an AWS Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption for Global Services. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the global services market, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption for Global Services
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives
- Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer adoption in a cloud-based services organization
- Strong understanding of the global services market and trends
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- $150,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience
