AWS Business Development Manager

About the Team
Our Media & Entertainment organization is expanding in a number of areas, and we are looking for experienced industry specialists to help our customers implement AWS services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with other experts in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Management teams to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenue growth from Media & Entertainment workloads
- Work with customers and AWS partners to identify and lead proof-of-concept engagements and develop new and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architecture resources in design, Proof of Concept (POC), pricing, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and delivery activities
- Conduct executive workshops with industry leaders
- Participate in and represent AWS in key Media & Entertainment industry associations and events
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing complex technology agreements within the media vertical. Additionally, you will require expertise in one or more core areas: Media Archive, Media Supply Chain, Playout, Compression, and Headends, Live Production. Experience in the Australia and New Zealand Media & Entertainment market is also highly desirable.
