Job Title: Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are clean and welcoming to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Housekeeping Manager and oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure that our hotel rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for housekeeping staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve their full potential.
