Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions File Review Specialist to join our team at Perspective Financial Group Ltd. This is a challenging and varied role that requires a strong background in financial services and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To review and assess the suitability of advice provided by target acquisition firms, ensuring it meets the highest standards in line with regulatory expectations.
  • To identify key risks associated with a target firm's advice process and highlight potentially unsuitable cohorts of business within a firm's new business back book.
  • To undertake client file reviews in accordance with Group procedures, covering a wide range of advice types, including pensions, investments, mortgages, equity release, IHT planning, and protection.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a file review or technical specialist role.
  • A Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • A working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework.
  • Confidence with IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
