Your New Role

As an HR Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our people and contributing to the success of our business. You will have the opportunity to work across various functions, including Commercial, Operations, and Project Management, and gain exposure to different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the attraction and recruitment of top talent across the business
  • Encourage probation review completion and engagement with schools, colleges, and universities to contribute to our apprentice and graduate attraction strategy
  • Assist with carrying out exit interviews and collating feedback
  • Support HR compliance across the division/business you support
  • Support effective onboarding of new employees
  • Provide support with employee relations case work
  • Provide support for effective sickness absence management

About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a keen interest in human resources management. You will have a 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to work to strict deadlines, and a passion for working in a customer-focused environment.
