HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

A Talent Resourcing Manager is required to support the HR Business Partner for the North Region of approximately 2000 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with Managers across 9 sites for all white collar recruitment, talent attraction, and advertising vacancies. Key responsibilities include tracking and supporting all recruitments, arranging interviews, and managing employee onboarding into the business HRIS. A successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification, proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. This is a key role within the HR team, supporting the business in attracting and retaining top talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the business needs. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and develop targeted campaigns to attract the best candidates. The role will also involve managing employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the business. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, including absence management and employee engagement. They will also have experience of using HR systems, including HRIS and Excel. This is a challenging and rewarding role, requiring a strong understanding of recruitment and talent management. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
