Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Accountant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate cash flow management and acting as the primary point of contact for all banking and cash-related queries across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Daily Cash Management: Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Debt Facilities Reporting: Prepare and present regular debt facilities reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Management Reporting: Develop and deliver management reports to support business decision-making, including financial performance, cash flow, and other key metrics.
- Acquisition Integration: Embed new acquisitions into the company's financial systems, updating banking mandates, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Transactional Review: Conduct thorough transactional reviews of accounts to be closed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Authorized Signatories: Maintain records of authorized signatories for over 100 bank accounts, ensuring seamless cash flow management.
- Cost Migration: Collaborate with departments to migrate costs and income of new acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Annual Banking Reviews: Complete annual banking business reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Corporate Cards and Virtual Credit Cards: Manage corporate cards and virtual credit cards, ensuring compliance and efficient use.
- Solid Background in Treasury/Banking: Proven experience in treasury or banking, with a strong understanding of cash flow management and financial regulations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational and Time-Keeping Skills: Strong organizational and time-keeping skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Adaptability and Dynamism: Adaptable and dynamic in nature, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
