**About the role**:
Due to ongoing and continuous success, Churchill Support Services have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Credit Controller to join our team in Buckshaw Village, Chorley. This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated person, with Credit Control and/or Customer Service experience, eager to develop their skills and experience with this rewarding and varied role. **The purpose of this role is to**;
- Support the business in managing the Accounts Receivable function; to enable timely creation of billing, ledger management, credit control, customer dispute resolution, treasury and cash management and creation of management reports.
- Excel as a Credit Controller within a strong team, in a fast-paced environment for a company experiencing continuing growth. Reporting to the Group Head of Finance.

- Experience of Credit Control and/or Customer Services

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Credit control
- Customer dispute resolution
- Account reconciliation
- Processing and allocation of bank receipts
- Processing card transactions
- Invoice processing from time management system to accounting software
- Sales ledger maintenance
- Sales variance analysis
- Process improvement and development

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
