Treasury Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treasury Clerk to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for accurately posting and allocating receipts to both tenants and clients' accounts, ensuring the income position and debtors are known to all relevant parties working on the portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Extracting statements and creating reports from various banking platforms on a daily basis
- Posting receipts in accordance with remittance instructions or as per Group Policy where applicable
- Performing banking duties, including BACS/CHAPS transfers, reconciliations, and updating spreadsheets
- Running an overdrawn accounts check on a daily basis
- Liaising with internal colleagues, clients, and corporate banking contacts
- Managing a generic email box
We are looking for a proactive, practical, and positive approach to work, with excellent and professional communication skills to build good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Key skills requirements include:
- Maths and English G.C.S.E A-C
- Good numeracy skills
- IT and software skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
