Treasury Accountant

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Accountant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate cash flow management and acting as the primary point of contact for all banking and cash-related queries across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Daily Cash Management: Oversee daily cash management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Debt Facilities Reporting: Prepare and present regular debt facilities reports to stakeholders.
- Management Reporting: Develop and maintain management reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Acquisition Integration: Embed new acquisitions into the company's financial systems, updating banking mandates and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Transactional Review: Conduct thorough transactional reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Authorized Signatories: Maintain records of authorized signatories for over 100 bank accounts.
- Cost Migration: Work across departments to migrate costs and income of new acquisitions.
- Annual Banking Reviews: Complete annual banking business reviews to ensure optimal banking arrangements.
- Corporate Card Management: Manage corporate cards and virtual credit cards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Background in Treasury/Banking: A solid background in treasury or banking, with a strong understanding of cash flow management and financial regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time-keeping skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Adaptability: Adaptable and dynamic in nature, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and deadlines.
- IT and Excel Skills: Good IT and MS Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present complex financial data.
- Study Support: Full study support if desired, to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
- Hybrid Working: Hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home two days a week.
