Job Description

Axion Moore is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, this role will be responsible for ensuring accurate cash flow management and providing exceptional banking and cash-related support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Daily Cash Management: Oversee daily cash management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Debt Facilities Reporting: Prepare and present regular debt facilities reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Management Reporting: Develop and maintain management reports, providing insights into financial performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Embedding New Acquisitions: Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure seamless integration of new businesses, updating banking mandates and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Transactional Review: Conduct thorough reviews of accounts to be closed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Authorized Signatories: Maintain up-to-date records of authorized signatories for over 100 bank accounts, ensuring secure and compliant financial operations.
  • Cost and Income Migration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate costs and income of new acquisitions, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Annual Banking Reviews: Lead the preparation of annual banking business reviews, providing insights into financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Corporate Cards and Virtual Credit Cards: Manage corporate cards and virtual credit cards, ensuring secure and compliant financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Solid Background in Treasury/Banking: Proven experience in treasury or banking, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time-Keeping Skills: Strong organizational and time-keeping skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Adaptability and Dynamism: Adaptable and dynamic in nature, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing financial environment.
  • IT and MS Excel Skills: Proficient in IT and MS Excel, with the ability to analyze and present complex financial data.
