Job Title: Account Support Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Support Executive to join our internal sales team. As an Account Support Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our software and solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft 365.
