Account Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Support Executive to join our internal sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging our software and solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records, reflecting all opportunities and customer interactions.
- Take ownership of opportunities from point of order to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all corporate policies, processes, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of future opportunities, continuously seeking new ways to enhance sales performance and drive business growth.
- Proven sales experience in a target-driven environment, with a track record of success.
- Demonstrable organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, with a strong understanding of CRM and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
