Job Summary:

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major merger within the Higher Education sector. The successful candidate will oversee the post-merger integration plan, ensuring a smooth transition and successful programme execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post-Merger Integration: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration plan, aligning with the school's vision and strategic objectives.
  • Programme Management: Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders, including project leaders, governance bodies, and external partners.
  • Business Case Development: Coordinate the development of business cases for investment decisions, ensuring a robust and data-driven approach.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to ensure successful programme execution.
  • Reporting and Governance: Develop and maintain effective reporting mechanisms, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the programme.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: Relevant professional qualification in programme/project management, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Experience: Proven track record of delivering complex programmes in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of programme management, change implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
