Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Dechra. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving transformation and improving processes across our global operations.

The Opportunity

The Change Manager will support the HR Director in leading our manufacturing and supply chain through transformations focused on people, processes, and culture. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and project teams to ensure a smooth and successful adoption to new processes.

Role Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Introduce best practices for process improvements that drive productivity and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders to facilitate smooth cross-border consultations and implementations.
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored communication plans to engage and inform them throughout the change process.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Specialist who possesses a deep understanding of change management principles and has a proven track record of successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong specialist knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks, excellent planning and prioritization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced change environment.
