Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at Dechra, a global specialist in veterinary pharmaceuticals. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our manufacturing and supply chain through transformations focused on people, processes, and culture.

The Opportunity

The Change Manager will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and project teams to ensure a smooth and successful adoption of new processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Role Responsibility

Key responsibilities of the Change Manager include:

  • Partner with the HR Director and Director of Strategy & Transformation Office to develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Introduce best practices for process improvements, ensuring documentation and standard operating procedure updates.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to cross-border operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders to facilitate smooth cross-border consultations and implementations.
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored communication plans to engage and inform them throughout the change process.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Lead and manage change projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support and advise stakeholders throughout the change process, producing training and documentation as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager who possesses a deep understanding of change management principles and has a proven track record of successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong specialist knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks, excellent planning and prioritization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced change environment.
