About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at Dechra, a global specialist in veterinary pharmaceuticals. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our manufacturing and supply chain through transformations focused on people, processes, and culture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Introduce best practices for process improvements that drive productivity and ensure standard operating procedures are updated accordingly.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to cross-border operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders to facilitate smooth cross-border consultations and implementations.
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored communication plans to engage and inform them throughout the change process.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and proven track record of successful implementation.
  • Strong specialist knowledge of change management methodologies & frameworks.
  • Experience and delivery of change management, with a focus on people, processes, and culture.
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced change environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships.
