Transformational Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Change Manager to join our team at Dechra. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in leading our manufacturing and supply chain through transformations focused on people, processes, and culture.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of change management principles and a proven track record of successful implementation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to set and work to deadlines. They will also have strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the HR Director and Director of Strategy & Transformation Office to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies.
- Leading and managing all aspects of change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.
- Introducing best practices for process improvements that drive productivity.
- Facilitating training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to cross-border operations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international stakeholders.
- Identifying key stakeholders and developing tailored communication plans to engage and inform them throughout the change process.
- Preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Additional responsibilities may include occasional global travel.
