Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Liaison Specialist to join our Neighbourhood team, providing exceptional customer service and putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries affecting the management of our communities, such as waste and nuisance in communal areas. You will also identify and manage community projects to enhance the lives of our customers.

This frontline role offers an experienced Housing or Community Development specialist the opportunity to bring their passion, skills, and energy to help manage a national model while having connections to the locality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service and support to customers and stakeholders
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve queries and issues affecting the management of our communities
  • To identify and manage community projects to enhance the lives of our customers

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Housing or Community Development is essential
  • Flexible to travel within your local area for site visits and attendance at court on behalf of your colleagues
