Role Overview

This Mechanical Project Coordinator position involves overseeing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting site visits, managing teams, customer liaison, and financial planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Oversight: Monitor and control project progress to meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  2. Site Visit Coordination: Organize and conduct site visits to meet with clients, assess project status, and address any arising issues.
  3. Team Direction: Direct and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  4. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and negotiate agreements.
  5. Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, costs, and purchasing decisions.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Desirable building services engineering/HVAC knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
