About the Role
As a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital part in our Gastroenterology Department. You will be responsible for diagnosing and managing patients under your care, working closely with colleagues to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Main Responsibilities
* Diagnosis and management of patients with gastrointestinal disorders
* Continuation of patient care in liaison with colleagues
* Response to referrals from other specialties
* Professional supervision and training of junior medical staff

Key Requirements
* MBBS and MRCP or equivalent qualifications
* Full GMC Registration with a license to practice
* Entry on the GMC Specialist Register via CCT, CESR, or European Community Rights
