Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Housing Sector Assurance Officer to join our team at South Liverpool Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our governance processes are robust and effective, and that our operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the housing sector and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, reviewing policies and procedures, and providing guidance to senior managers on compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
  • Review and update policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior managers to identify and address compliance issues
  • Maintain accurate records of assurance activities

We offer a competitive salary of £33,321 per annum, plus excellent benefits. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Fixed Term employee until March 2026, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
