**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a Housing Needs Officer to support participants with their accommodation requirements. As a Housing Needs Officer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans. This is a rewarding opportunity that will allow you to utilise your skills to influence, support and encourage others to maximise their potential and build a better future.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
- Carrying out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
- Recording progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.

A competitive salary of £25,500 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a range of great benefits:
