Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Custodial Housing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with probation practitioners to provide tailored support to individuals in need of housing assistance.

The key responsibilities of this role include managing a caseload of participants, producing personalized accommodation plans, carrying out initial assessments, recording progress and outcomes, maintaining contact with participants, and identifying emerging risks and concerns.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,550 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with some great benefits:
