About the Role
Seetec Group Ltd. is committed to supporting individuals with housing needs in custodial or community environments. As an Accommodation Support Officer, you will work closely with adult males to create personalized accommodation plans and provide interventions tailored to their unique situations.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of homelessness legislation or have experience within the criminal justice sector. While training and support are provided, this background will be beneficial in delivering effective services. You will also need to manage a caseload, conduct initial assessments, record progress, and maintain regular contact with participants.

This role offers a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and other benefits. The full-time position requires working 37 hours per week in Merseyside. A permanent position with Seetec Group Ltd., it involves collaborating effectively with colleagues and meeting deadlines to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with service users and stakeholders. This includes establishing trust, setting realistic goals, and maintaining consistent communication. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving our objectives.
