Accommodation and Wellbeing Coordinator

We are a leading provider of justice and social care services, delivering tailored support to participants across various contracts. Our aim is to equip individuals with the necessary skills to desist from offending and successfully reintegrate into their local communities.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans, carrying out initial assessments, and maintaining contact with participants. You will work closely with probation practitioners to understand the specific needs of each participant and develop tailored accommodation plans to meet those needs.
Key Requirements- Experience or knowledge of Accommodation (incl. legislation)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System
- Good organisational skills
This role offers a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off, 2 Volunteer Days, pension scheme, healthcare cash plan, and annual salary review.
