Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our specialist teams, including managing referrals, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes. You will also be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for staff and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.

You will work closely with our team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our services are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000-£31,000 per annum, and we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities.
