About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housing Needs Officer to join our team in Merseyside.

As a key role in our Accommodation department, you will manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans and carrying out initial assessments to understand their specific needs.

Our successful candidate will have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

The salary for this role is £25,550 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), and we offer a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off, and pension contributions.
