Job Title: Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our care home.

This role requires a strong focus on supervision, training, and inventory management. The successful candidate will lead by example, maintaining high standards throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping or a related field, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the care home.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping and laundry assistants, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a housekeeping or related role, with a focus on supervision and training.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed.
