About Utility Bidder Ltd:

We are a rapidly expanding company looking for an ambitious Sales Team Leader to join our Leicester team. As a people expert, you'll motivate and inspire your team, tapping into your skills and experience, and using a natural coaching style to help them reach their full potential.

Job Description:
  • As a leader, you'll ensure that the day is structured efficiently with a focus on meeting daily sales targets.
  • You'll provide hands-on support to the agents by identifying trends in their performance, call stats etc to ensure maximum call time and efficiency and provide feedback to address any issues.
  • Stay informed about market trends and to assist with complex queries and to provide technical support to agents, helping them to find quick resolutions and secure contracts.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment, ideally with sector experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and lead a dynamic sales team.
  • Able to build collaborative working relationships with your team and colleagues through capability, authenticity and being brilliant to work with.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
