B2B Revenue Driver

IronMarket Talent is seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Telesales Executive to join our team in Leicester and Fareham. As a B2B Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base across the UK.
Job SummaryIn this exciting role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and secure new contracts. You will utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive results, and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- Present solutions to clients and negotiate agreements
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and performance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the energy or utilities sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of sales strategy and tactics
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as access to cutting-edge technology and tools to support your success.
