About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader to join our Leicester team, responsible for driving sales performance and meeting daily targets. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a B2B sales environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and coach a dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, driving sales performance and meeting daily targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, identifying trends in performance data and call statistics to optimize call time and efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on support to agents, offering coaching and feedback to address any issues and ensure maximum performance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, providing technical support to agents and assisting with complex queries.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control and Learning & Development to arrange coaching and training sessions, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally with sector experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and lead a dynamic sales team.
  • Able to build collaborative working relationships with your team and colleagues through capability, authenticity and being brilliant to work with.

Salary: Approximately £65,000 per annum
